Return and Refund Policy

Our valued customers can get their money back in the following cases (cases and conditions):

● In the event that the commercial data does not match the truth, as when there is a difference between what has been mentioned about the characteristics of the product before buying and its real characteristics. Therefore, the product does not match the request and announcement.

● Replacement or refund in case there is a defect in the quality of the manufacture of the product. 

● If the goods and merchandise are off-specification according to Saudi standards.

● Replacement includes all items if there is a defect in the manufacture of the item. 

● The item must be in the same condition as when purchased and in its original package.

● The return policy is, whatever the reason is, within a range of only 10 days starting from the date of issuing the invoice. 

● The product returned must be in its original condition, therefore the policy of return doesn't include the items misinstalled or damaged during installation.

● Please note that we only guarantee to refund your money if you return the product but we do not offer an exchange service. in case you want different products, you can make a new order through our website to make sure you receive the ordered items as soon as possible. 

● Currently, products purchased from our website cannot be directly exchanged or returned to local stores; they should be returned to our warehouse for a refund.

● After returning your order, you will be refunded via the account used during the purchase process or via a bank transfer if you used the cash on delivery service. 

● If you have paid taxes on the product you want to return, please contact us for information on how to get a refund. 

● Any offer or promotion conducted during the original purchase will still be appreciated and advantageous when making a new order- please contact us for more information. This does not apply to any products that we no longer manufacture or other products, which we may not be able to replace. 

How do we refund?

For products that have been delivered, we will refund the full price of the returned product including the costs for returning the product to us (excluding shipping fees) and this applies in the following cases:

● Products that have defects or whose description does not match the stated characteristics on the website. 

● If you decide to turn the product due to a mistake on our part, such as an error in pricing or description, or a belated delivery beyond the agreed date, and so on.

 Refund procedures: 

The money will be refunded according to the same purchase steps as follows: 

● If you pay in cash on delivery, we will return the amount of money to your e-wallet. 

● If you have paid via a credit card, we let you choose whether to get your refund forwarded to your credit card or to store it in your e-wallet.

 When will the amount of money be refunded? 

You will be refunded once we receive and examine the product at our Customer Merchandise Configuration Center:

 If you cancel the purchase before the shipping date, the money will be automatically refunded to you.
